1. General

By placing an order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the use of the website and all associated legal relationships. The website is operated by Hugin GmbH.

2. Conclusion of contract

The offers of Hugin GmbH in the online shop represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop. On petiteannee.ch, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract by sending his order and simultaneously accepting these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Price

The prices listed at the time of the order apply to the order on www.petiteannee.ch. All prices are final prices and include the current statutory value added tax. A possible change of the VAT rate due to legal regulations remains reserved at any time, even if otherwise agreed. The sales price may be changed at any time in the event of price surcharges and currency increases.

4. Delivery

The following shipping methods are offered:

Switzerland Economy CHF 7.50 per delivery
Switzerland Priority CHF 12 per delivery
Mondexpress CHF 20 per delivery
International shipping Western Europe: CHF 39 per delivery (exception: nappy cakes CHF 59 per delivery)

5. Guarantee

If the ordered goods have a manufacturing defect, Hugin GmbH will remedy the defect or supply a replacement. If this is not possible, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Any further claims on the part of the customer remain excluded.

6. Right of withdrawal

Personalised products: Due to the personalisation of our products, we are unable to accept returns. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns, so non-personalised products are also excluded from the right of return.

Non-personalised products: You can return non-personalised products to us Hugin GmbH Love Kids Soodstrasse 57 CH-8134 Adlisiwil within 14 days at your own expense and liability without giving reasons.

The goods must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. If the goods show signs of use or damage when they are returned, we reserve the right to claim compensation. We recommend that returns are sent by registered post. The full purchase price will be refunded to the account you used for payment.

7. Payment

The following payment methods are offered:

Payment by invoice: Customers receive the invoice by e-mail. The payment details are included on the invoice. We charge an additional invoice fee of CHF 1.50 for payment by invoice.

Payment with Postfinance Card and e-finance
Payment with Twint
Payment with Apple Pay

The invoice must be paid no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. If the payment deadline is not met, Hugin GmbH takes the liberty of charging a reminder fee of CHF 10 with the 2nd reminder and a reminder fee of CHF 20 with the 3rd reminder. The 1st and 2nd reminders will be sent by e-mail.

After the 3rd reminder, debt collection will be initiated. If the debt is settled via the debt collection office, the customer can request a deletion. We charge CHF 30 for this effort.

For first-time orders, only up to CHF 75.- can be ordered on account.

If payment is made by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

8. Security

Your credit card data is encrypted using proven SSL technology. Customer data cannot be viewed by third parties. Each transaction is authorised online with the relevant credit card company. Your credit card number is not stored by us.

9. Liability

We deliver all articles in accordance with the properties guaranteed in the respective description. The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded, unless Hugin GmbH has caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. In no case is Hugin GmbH liable for consequential or indirect damage. Hugin GmbH accepts no liability beyond the dispatch of the goods.

10 Jurisdiction

The contract concluded with the customer is subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Horgen
